Description de l'annonce:

SITE MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER – Sousse


In your role you will be responsible for :

• Communicate the company's strategy and ensure the implementation by the managers and

operational support functions present in the site/office, the actions decided by the Board of the company.

• Ensure the welfare, the growth in competences and the safety of the employees;

• Develop the managerial capacity of team-leaders from his/her supervision;

• Ensure a good image of the company to third parties, strong relationship

with local institutions, providers of services, with the management of the company and

with the international customers;

• Organize the activity of the site/office and the recruiting process and follows the

organizational model (people, functions, profiles, salary level);

• Ensure the proper application of internal rules and the contractual rules between

customers and suppliers;

• Develop budget recommendations for operating expenditures and/or capital outlay,

personal services, equipment and materials

• Contract management and negotiation experience

• Reporting directly to the Board of Managers from our company


Profile requirements :

• Very good English level (minimum B1-B2)

• Very good French level (minimum B2 level)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in people management - ideal  in a fast growing working environment/multinational environment

• Good people management skills — appraisals, assessments, reviews

• Available for business trips when it’s necessary – available for international trainings

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and also respecting the quality standards

• Previous experience in Administration would be an asset

• Team player who can adapts to any different changes and who is having a positive attitude

• Ability to quickly assess and prioritize projects

• P&L: practical budget planning and execution — cost control

• Problem solving skills and decision making ability

• Solid organizational, planning and time management skills
