Challenges :
Develop and implement the overall organizational design that aligns with and supports attainment of strategic organizational priorities and objectives
Identify required level/job competencies in coordination with Head of departments and Plant section managers
Design, develop and maintain job descriptions & job families
Evaluate and grade jobs using job evaluation system and communicate result with compensation and Benefits Department.
Maintain an updated grading structure.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Communicate HR policies and procedures across the company in cooperation with the Communication department
Monitor deployment of policies in cooperation with the Social and legal affairs department
Update the policies and procedures in order to follow country legal novelties and / or changes in the company and/or corporate procedures.
Develop and Implement the Employee handbook
Develop and maintain a comprehensive manpower planning model
Develop and prepare annual manpower plan that meets the requirements of central Departments and Plant sections
Monitor, evaluate and revise manpower plan as per volume evolution and new incoming projects.
Forecast future manpower needs for each planning period and define actions to resolve surpluses and shortages.
Partcipate with Controlling department in defining the Head Count budget across organization
Carry Out an analysis of current and projected needs based on internal and external scenaries
Ensure standard recruitment processes are implemented and executed.
Develop and monitor KPI’s for the Recruitment process
Regularly measures / monitors performance and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary in order to increase performance & standards
Qualifications:
Level of studies : Bachelor’s degree
Speciality: HR Management, Organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, or related Bachelor's of Science Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources or related field preferred
IT : MS Office
Languages: French, English proficient level is required
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant HR role with minimum 3 years of experience either from an Operational/Corporate background
Skills:
Management of leadership skills must be proven
