• Compliance with quality requirements, Cost saving, Organization and cleanliness

• Compliance with the in IT-strategy defined conditions

• Compliance with information security guidelines

• Compliance with IM process guidelines

• Administration of Corporate Standard Backup Systems Monitoring & Improvement of Global Backup Status and Procedures

• Administration & Adaption of the Corporate Monitoring solution for Windows Systems

• Administration of the Corporate Standard Windows Systems (MS OS)

• Administration of Windows

• Applications (based on MS OS)

• Administration of other related central hosted IT-Systems

• Documentation of Processes, Errors Cases and their troubleshooting 2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System

• Collaboration with other internal Support Teams, external Service Providers as well as 3rd level

• Support for solving problems in the related domain

• Contribution in the dimensioning, installation and configuration of Windows Systems, including documentation

• Contribution within the elaboration and validation of new Enterprise Solutions and new equipment in the related domain

• Contribution within the coordination with the local IT staff regarding measures induced by incidents in the related domain

• Contribution within the communication, training and awareness programs for the local IT staff regarding issues in the relate

• Qualifications:

• University degree

• Applied or Business Computer Science

• Fluent English and French (written and spoken) - German is advantageous

• 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position (in IT, Support of IT-Solutions or Production)

• Knowledge in Technical or Production environments is advantageous
