Must Have Desire to Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and analyze logs and processes.
Administer and support mission-critical application servers running various operating systems.
Escalation to development and various teams when needed.
Monitoring batch processing and automated jobs.
Monitoring system and server alerts.
Single point of Contact for clients (calls and emails, tickets ).
