Challenges :
·Administration of Key Performance Indicators
·Administration of WSD-org unit structure
·Set-up of new location into the LPI-BI software
·Administration of user authorization
·Administration of Reports
·Supports Implementation and definition of WSD Benchmarking reports
·Supports the evaluation of the WSD Benchmarking reports
·Works on Awards evaluation and definition
·Continuous Improvement of the LPI manual of indicators
·Provides System support to the LPI-BI users for all issues and questions
·Handling incoming incidents via the ticketing system / e-mail promptly and effectively
·Maintains systems and database software by screening and verifying changes
·Ensure stability of the LPI-BI Software
·Manages and resolves issues as part of the LPI support team
·Prepares employees to use system by conducting training, providing documentation and resources
·Update support documentation
Qualifications:
·Master / Bachelor
·Studies: IT(Computer science), Computer management
·IT: computer skills including MS Office Products: Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
·Development and programing
·Languages: Fluent English language required, German is a plus
·Experience: 1 year experience
·Self-Motivated and self-directed with attention to detail
·Effective time manager with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
