Job Description

 

A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

A digital marketing manager also identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, design, execute and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,  etc.)

  2. Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s website, mobile application and social media.

  3. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  4. Write and optimise content for social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter

  5. Work on printed material to supplement online products

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight

  8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  10. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  11. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  12. Day to day management PPC campaigns

  13. Collaborate and maintain partnerships with agencies and other vendor partners

 

Essential Skills

 

  • Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job

  • Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain comprehensively to other team members, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is.

  • Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well

  • Project management skills: Digital marketing executives also need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.

  • Web development skills: A digital marketing executive is not a software developer, but you will need sound knowledge of HTML, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills.

  • Team ManagementDME must be good in team building and handling

  • Latest Analysis Tools: Candidate should be aware of latest tools to monitor, analyse the traffic on website and mobile apps.

 

Qualification

 

  • Master degree in Digital Marketing

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communications and marketing

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Experience in research, content writing and digital marketing

  • An enthusiastic and driven passion for digital marketing

  • A strong will and desire to learn and progress

  • Knowledge of SEO, AdWords and social media

  • Commercial awareness

  • IT skills (i.e Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS Word, Internet usage)

  • Must have driving license

Company will chose candidate for probationary period to coach and evaluate new employees. A probationary period is a stretch of time during which a new employee receives extra supervision and coaching. The probationary period can be as short as a month or as long as 3 months, depending on the candidate learning curve. Candidate will be given a clear learning roadmap to achieve.

 

  1. First Month (Probation Period) : 300 Dinar

  2. Second Month (Probation Period) : 500 Dinar

  3. Third Month (Probation Period) : 600 Dinar
