ACCOUNTABILITIES:


– Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
– Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided.
– Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline


 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


– Bachelor Degree in English / Business / Marketing or related fields
– English / French proficiency
– Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

– Building, Teamwork
– Communication and Interpersonal Skills
– Ability to manage difficult or angry customers
– Problem solving skills
