MISSION

·  Manage all functions related to production: manufacturing, maintenance , methods, logistics , quality ...

·  To organize the means of the site ( Human , Financial , Technology) to ensure manufacturing products to meet market demands.

·  Relaying the objectives of senior management and ensure maintaining a favorable social climate.

·  Diploma of an engineer or a pharmacist or experience giving empowerment to this post

·  To reach the planed company target and goals

·  To increase production , assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

·  To make sure the good manufacturing practices are fully implemented

·  To manage, with the support of employees, business processes to ensure that the processes taking place are in accordance with the quality standards according to time and costs defined.

·  To direct and coordinate all the employee’s activities that manages the relations with each company’s divisions.

·  To evaluate the employees performance by taking the appropriate measures to improve the efficiency of the company.

.  To work with collaboration with the EHS Manager in order to ensure that all the employees are aware of the safety standards, by implementing a security procedure approved by steering committee with defined responsibilities.
