  He/she will integrate a team made of  several software engineers who work in a collaborative way within the IT service of ST Tunis.

  The scope of the job is worldwide since the services deployed by the team are used by thousands of users all around the world.

  Business analyst is a Software Engineer who typically takes the lead role in:

• Assisting business with the usage of the ALM application
• Requirements management and communication
  • Requirements analysis, identification of “functional gaps”
  • Translate and simplify business requirements into functional specifications
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Planning and monitoring changes
  • Communication to end-users. Software documentation (writing release note and how-to guides)
• Software testing: participates to validation campaigns. Writes testcases for automated tests.
• Monitoring of software evolution

Expected skills/profile:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering
• Technical skills: LAMP, Linux command, scripting language, Jenkins knowledge
• Business oriented profile
• Good in written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Good understanding of software and systems engineering concepts
• Agile methodologies understanding and practice

Mandatory skills :

• SW configuration management tools usage (Git , SVN)
• Fluent English and French communication

Nice-to-have skills:

• Gerrit code review system
• Tuleap Application Management
• Linux system administration
