Description de l'annonce

Delphi Packard Tunisia is lookin for a Production Planner,

 

the main activities will be:

·  Management of an equal share of Customers/FG :

·  Implementation of Lean Scheduling Process

·  Prepare and update Customer Forecast in SAP

·  Preparation, validation and follow up of long term forecast (Capacity Study)

·  Preparation, validation and follow up of short term production schedule (PPSS, PUS Maker, OPS)

·  Creation of orders to IGS (if applicable)

·  Analysis of DOH report

·  Control of Customer related returnable packaging

·  Implementation of Customer Logistics Agreements

·  Monitoring the FG Scheduling Process :

·  Daily follow-up of shipment execution to Customer

·  Daily follow-up of manufacturing production plan execution

·  Preparation and revision of backlog list and critical items to Customer

·  Monitor shipping discrepancies

·  Reduce/Avoid excess and obsolete for FG (FG DOH & E&O)

·  Request and Administer Premium FG shipments according to work instruction

·  Collect necessary documentation to resolve existing shipping discrepancies

·  Monitor SAP Parameters.

·  Maintenance of scheduling relevant SAP parameters :

·  Correct ROT/ROT Extension/SAP Effectiveness Metrics errors related to FG scheduling

·  Perform MPC part of Engineering Change process and follow-up till execution

·  Perform MPC part of Material Deviation process

·  Monitor Plant Performance against Customer :

·  Collect required data to follow up claim/cost recovery with Customers

·  Create complaints/cost recoveries due to abnormal Customer requirements.

.  Monitoring of the activities in terms of Cost, Volume & Quality

Exigences de l'emploi:

The candidate should have a minimum of 03 Years of Experience in Scheduling with an automotive company

Bachelor degree or equivalent

English Is mandatory as spoken and  written Language
