We are recruiting on behalf of a Swiss group, specialist in manufacturing electrical and optical connection components and systems,

Manufacturing Engineer

MISSIONS:

·  Effective transfer of projects (quality, timing, cost, communication, leading)

·  Meet the given routing time in production orders,

·  Contribute the achievement of the quality targets (ppm, returns, claims),

·  Continuous Improvement of  the process capabilities,

·  Simplify the Material and information flows in the FO production unit

·  Analyze the material and information flows

·  Simplify work for operators by implementing ergonomic workstations

·  Reduce the handling and non-added value tasks to the strict minimum.

·  Establish production standards and instruction in order to achieve the routing time and improve the FPY

·  Lead the continuous improvement process in the production area

·  Ensure implementation of Design change notifications (DCN)

·  Improve processes without major changes of the process

·  Can replace the Production Unit Manager in case of absence /holiday

·  Collaborate with different departments (maintenance, production, quality,…) to implement adequate solutions

PROFIL RECHERCHE:

·  Electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering

·  Professional experience – minimum 2 years

·  Good written and spoken English

·  Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and management of continuous improvement

·  Kaizen mind set

·  Creative

·  Good Organizational skills

·  Good team work

·  Analytical skills   

·  Knowledge of Quality tools

·  Knowledge in PC (Ms Office, Auto Cad )
