CRIT recruits for a renowned airline company
Finance Specialist (part-time Job)
Please note that it’s a part-time Job (20 hours/Week) and the contract is a contract for 1-Year period with a possibility of extension.
The Tasks amongst others are :
- To deal with banks and banking issues, taxes and tax consultants
- Handling of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable issues, local support in collection, payments and reconciliation
- To manage and maintain cash boxes
- Preparation of incoming/outgoing accounting documents for further processing and filing
- Property Administration
- Local purchasing
- Ticket Stock Administration
- Dealing with legal cases and lawyers
- To support in Human Resources-matters such as the monthly payroll, time and attendance, preparation and submission of social security declarations, and etcetera
- Performing annual closing duties
- Liquidity management and planning
- Quality control checks as per Internal Control System (ICS)
- To support in special projects as required
- To support the department manager and the team with all issues
Required profile:
- Higher School Certificate (preferably university degree in accounting or finance)
- Professional experience required (preferably in a finance or administrative environment)
- Languages: English, French and Arabic required, German desirable
Others:
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP R/3 knowledge desirable
