Integrator of process and safety  systems for the oil and gas industries Company is hiring :

Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy development and implementation

• Provide Leadership in the development and implementation of the company strategy in line with the Strategic Plan

• Provide leadership for the dissemination of company's values, vision and mission at the country level

• Facilitate the alignment of Strategic plan to strategic organizational thematic priorities

Business development

• Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan

• Establish a prospecting plan; identify potential clients using knowledge of the market, networking events

• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

• Maintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition

• Identify and analyze customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations

• Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities

• Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities

• Negotiate prices and conditions based on the type of service offering; proposes complementary services

• Build key customer relationship

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline/ in a business administration or in a related field,

• Experience in sales/business development (at least 8 years)

• The Master of Business Administration (MBA) certification preferred

• Proven track record of developing new businesses

• Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a process packaging companies

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES

• Detail oriented, accurate and great time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Demonstrated problem solving ability

• Strong in client connection and client services

• Must be able to operate Microsoft Office, professionalism CRM and associated programs
