HR Business Partner Specialist

• Attached to the Corporate HR Director your main responsibilities are:
  
• Coordinates the hiring and integration activities, from compaign launch to onboarding, regarding corporate positions. Coordinates international mobility activities.
  
• Participates actively in conflict resolution to ensure fairness within an attractive work environment
  
• Coordinates HR programs and practices through the organisation of corporate learning & development programs.
  
• Participates in the deployment of talent management programs and practices targeting the development and the retention of key job positions & talents.
  
• Participates in the deployment of talent management programs and practices targeting the development and the retention of key job positions & talents.
  
• Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
