CRIT is hiring for an important multinational classified among the leaders in the automotive Sector
HR Business Partner Specialist
- Attached to the Corporate HR Director your main responsibilities are:
- Coordinates the hiring and integration activities, from compaign launch to onboarding, regarding corporate positions. Coordinates international mobility activities.
- Participates actively in conflict resolution to ensure fairness within an attractive work environment
- Coordinates HR programs and practices through the organisation of corporate learning & development programs.
- Participates in the deployment of talent management programs and practices targeting the development and the retention of key job positions & talents.
- Participates in the deployment of talent management programs and practices targeting the development and the retention of key job positions & talents.
- Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
Required Profile:
Educational Background: Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Required experience:5 years of HR experience in Learning & development or recruitment
Language Skills: Excellent Command of English written and Spoken
The candidate must be available for frequent international mobility
Softwere Skill: MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), HRIS & HR applications proficiency and ERP applications.
Personal Qualifications required:
