We are recruiting for a multinational account,
An Executive Assistant
Main responsibilities are:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events etc…
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Position Requirements:
· 5+ years of office and administrative support experience supporting executives
- Strong English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (verbal and listening)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Must be organized, outgoing, and flexible
- Good follow-up, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Problem solving skills and initiative taking
- Proficiency in MS Office
