As head of IT team, the main role is to set up - together with the Branch Manager - the Sales & Marketing strategy for IT business in the relevant territory (Tunisia and Libya), communicate with business partners and follow up the implementation of such strategy in order to reach the fixed yearly target by Headquarters and consequently improve the business results. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Directly supervise, lead and support the IT team composed of Sales, Marketing & Technical support staff in Tunisia & Libya - Setup and keep updating a strategy plan for sales and marketing activities to achieve the Stretch plan - Keep strong and continuous communication with the business partners to implement the strategy plan and provide significant information about the Product & other markets feedback - Supervise & enhance contunously the channel management activity and keep good communication with the market (whole-sales, end-users) to get real-time information and ensure the brand competitiveness

- Bachelor/ Master degree in Sales/Merketing with minimum 5 years experience in Sales / Distribution, preferably in IT products business specially Note PC business. - Strong interpersonal skills , customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all IT channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users) - Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality with Multitasks effeciency & priority setting - Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach for problem solving and marketing management - Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology - Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives - Computer literate and advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Bilingual (French& English) to ensure nice communication.
